Standard charges
Standard charges below are per word and exclusive of VAT (+French legal rate = 20%). Word counts on source material result from either software statistics or prior estimates allowing for density variations (full-print/half-print) and subject to customer approval via firm price quotations. VAT exemption is available to businesses registered within the EEC, incl. Switzerland (please provide VAT registration number).
◊ Invoicing per page is also negotiable for large orders and long-term collaborative relationships.

Deadlines

Deductions ◊ For quantities above fifteen (15) A4 pages, a standard "slag" deduction of -10 to -30% from pre-tax total applies (figures, headings, symbols, repeats, etc.). Depending on the nature and contents of sources and subject to negotiations with customer, the aforementioned deduction may be extended up to -60%. For long-term cooperation, systematic rebates or special tariffs (e.g. per page) may also apply. |

Price quotations ◊ All price quotations are submitted free of charge. For significant quantities, our quotations always feature a firm date for delivery at the earliest—on top of the final date. Quotations remain valid for a month from the day of their submission. |

Terms of settlement ◊ Unless otherwise agreed, all invoices are payable after sixty (60) days by any means at your convenience. |
